ONE MORE REASON TO USE A TRAVEL AGENT!!!I would like to pass along a letter I just received from a client - it really hits home when this happens to YOU. "Hi Sally, we are on our way back home from our trip to Cost Rica. A family member set this whole package deal up with a travel company that he said was changed to another person, and that person did not communicate in English the best. The rooms we stayed in were to be superior, but we couldn't flush the toilet. We specifically requested to have two separate beds, but ended up with a bed and I slept on a couch since the couch was too short. The bed was barely long enough. The one we checked out of this morning had no radio, tv, barely any lights, but was listed as Superior. The driving by car and boat was so rough at times that one family member had to take pills to avoid vomiting. I told him we should've checked through you! Unknown when our next trip will be set for. Your friend MJ."
