Bruce Fischer - Dance Host
Bruce Fischer is the official MG Travel San Diego Dance Host. Bruce accompanies us on all group sailings and land trips. He loves to dance, and the ladies love to dance with him.
To give you a little background on Bruce, his formative years were spent in Glendale, California. Being raised in a musical family and being involved as a musician at an early age gave him the love of music, the live theatre, the arts, so unlike the career that he chose of 31 years as a court reporter in Superior Court, in San Diego, CA, where he lives.
There was time spent at college, the army and marriage of 37 years. After the passing of his wife, and being retired, Bruce has been involved with music, dancing at traditional jazz festivals, and as a gentleman host, dance host, on cruise ships.
If one were to describe what is most meaningful to him, it would be traveling, gardening, music, live theatre, the arts, and being very active in exercise classes, hiking, the love of the mountains.
Bruce is such a wonderful asset to the MG Travel San Diego Team ~ he is always there when we can use a dance host on our cruises and land packages. He is also retired, so is available for all our fun trips whether or not they involve Jazz. Bruce loves to travel!
